My order status is listed as "unfulfilled". Did you receive my order?

Yes! Orders with an "unfulfilled" status are currently being made in production before being prepared for shipment. Once your order has shipped your order status will then change to "fulfilled" and you will receive an email notification letting you know when this has happened.

Keep in mind that depending on the product(s) you ordered, this time can vary, from a few business days after your order is placed, up to 14 business days for our "Premier" products. See more articles in our FAQ page for more information regarding production time before shipping.
